Designed for weddings with 70 guests or fewer, this package includes a custom timeline, vendor coordination, and personal decor setup. We’ll manage your ceremony from processional to recessional, assist with nearby photos, and stay through the first hour of your reception to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Once booked, we dive right in with curated vendor lists, planning resources, and check-in emails to keep everything moving. From theme development to logistics, we tailor the process to fit your event type and vision.
During your discovery call, we’ll walk through your vision, answer questions, and recommend the best package for your needs. After the call, you’ll receive a proposal with pricing details and next steps to officially reserve your date.

01. HOW FACE IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK WITH YOU?
The further out the better! This ensures that we are scheduling around you and not the other way around. It also allows us to ensure we have the proper staffing for your event. Besides, the further out you book, the more you get to utilize our services.
02. DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
At booking, we require a $200 non-refundable (but transferable) deposit. It is applied to your total balance due. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior and 2 weeks prior to wedding day.
03. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE'VE BOOKED WITH YOU?
The planning begins! You have unlimited communication with us from the moment they book until post wedding. You can immediately schedule a call to discuss concerns/issues you need help with or just hang out and enjoy the ride. We also assign you a planner within the first week or so of booking, if it is within the same calendar year so you will receive an email from your assigned planner introducing themselves.
04. DO YOU OFFER CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS?
Once the deposit is made, it is non-refundable.
If a client cancels more than 90 days prior to the event date, they forfeit their initial deposit but the remaining balance is waived.
If a client cancels less than 90 days but more than 30 days prior to the event date, they forfeit their initial deposit and 2nd payment.
If a client cancels less than 30 days prior to the event date, they forfeit their deposit, 2nd payment, and are financially responsible for their remaining balance.
05. how can we ensure everything goes smoothly?
Tell us everything! The more details you provide the better. We send out a form to fill out around the 3 month mark with a lot of requested information. This info allows us to create their timeline and ensure that any logistical issues are handled prior to wedding day. Having this information submitted in entirety and on time is super helpful as it ensures we have enough time to review and troubleshoot.
06. what if we have to pause planning?
We have had a few situations where clients needed to postpone or pause their planning for a number of reasons. We try to be as accommodating as possible as we understand things happen that are sometimes out of our control. We have transferred the payments to the new date and honored the existing rates that they locked in for.
07. do you offer payment plans?
Our standard payment plan is the initial deposit (which is non-negotable) then the balance being split into 2 payments that are due 90 days out and 2 weeks out. If you would like to break those payments down even further, we can absolutely accommodate that request. Our only restriction is that the balance is paid in full by 2 weeks prior to the event.
I truly cannot imagine our day without the Divas! My mom was my florist for my 200 person wedding so you can imagine I was really nervous in making sure that all florals, candles, etc were placed correctly. The Divas came to the rescue! Noel and Catrina absolutely crushed it and they allowed my mom to be present for the wedding which I am so so thankful for! Leading up to the wedding, Treanna and Cait were super helpful with answering questions and working with the day of timeline as well as reviewing all decor and items we were bringing so they could pack it up for us at the end of the night. It was such a huge weight lifted off our shoulders knowing they were there to help us. Treanna met multiple times with my mom and myself to review flowers and made sure we were always communicating.
