Services Provided

Divas With The Details offers wedding planning and special event planning services. All services are subject to availability and are detailed further during the consultation and contract phase.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use this website and our services lawfully and respectfully. All content, images, and materials on this website are the property of Divas With The Details and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our express written permission.

Payments and Cancellations

All payments are processed securely through our client portal in HoneyBook.
 • Deposits are non-refundable.
 • If a client cancels more than 90 days prior to the event date, they forfeit their initial deposit, but the remaining balance is waived.
 • If a client cancels between 90 and 30 days before the event date, they forfeit their initial deposit and second payment.
 • If a client cancels less than 30 days before the event date, they forfeit the deposit, second payment, and are financially responsible for the remaining balance.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, images, and text on this website are the exclusive property of Divas With The Details. You may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Divas With The Details is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or any third-party vendor engagement. We are not liable for issues beyond our control, including but not limited to vendor cancellations, weather events, or force majeure circumstances.
